How much does a web site cost?

Custom web sites vary in degrees of difficulty. All work is done at an hourly rate (with half the estimated cost up front and the remainder upon completion of work). Quotes may be given for entire jobs, but require a contract with a strict timeline for both parties.

What is hosting? What is a web site host?

All web sites on the internet require a web host. A web host is essentially a computer/server where your web site resides for people to find it. All the files/photos/information that make up your web site need to be available to everyone 24/7, and a web hosting company provides that service.

Do you host web sites?

Yes, I have a dedicated server that I only use for my clients.

What if I already have hosting?

That’s fine, as long as it meets the requirements for your web site. Technical support is not offered for 3rd party hosts.

What about online store hosting?

I do not host online stores due to the amount of maintenance and upkeep required. If you’re looking for an online store I typically suggest we create one on a 3rd party platform like Shopify or BigCommerce that specializes in ecommerce.

What types of products do you photograph?

I photograph small to medium-sized products that fit roughly in a 2’x2′ area. Jewelry, candles, packaged foods, toys, glassware… to name a few. I do not photograph larger products like clothing.

What types of backdrops do you use in your product photography?

All products are shot on a white background/table. It allows the product to maintain the focus piece of the photograph and doesn’t distract or clash with colors of your web site or brochure. That said, if you have something else in mind, I’m open to suggestions.
